What Is a DTF Ink ?
Direct to Film (DTF) ink is a special type of ink that is used for DTF printing. It has a special formula that allows it to adhere to the surface of what will be printed on, without leaving any residue when it comes off. This kind of ink has been designed specifically for this purpose, which makes it ideal for the DTF printing process.

Our premium DTF (direct to film) ink is a special high density water-based pigment ink which works with DTF powder and heat to produce amazingly vibrant and durable prints on a wide range of materials, including all kinds of natural and synthetic textile (eg polyester, nylon, polypropylene), ceramic, and glass.
The ink has been formulated for all Epson Micro Piezo print heads
Direct to Film (DTF) printing requires DTF printer, DTF inks, DTF powder, PET film and RIP software.DTF Printer – We have different model of DTF printer, such A3 size, A2 size and wide format 24" printer.
DTF Ink – direct to film inks are specific for the printing method.
They are opaque pigment based inks available in cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white.
These inks are designed to print on to PET film media and offer excellent water and wash resistance.
PET Film Media – direct to film printers print on to a film media as the name suggests.
We have PET Film with single side or double side, cold peel , warm peel, hot peel,
DTF Adhesion Powder – a polymer powder is applied to the printed PET film sheet. The ink remains wet following printing. The powder adheres to the wet ink and any areas of the PET film which has had ink applied.
RIP Software – RIP software such as Acrorip is required to allow the printer to print in full colour with a white ink backing. RIP software is essential for DTF printing.
